What is Arancini?
Arancini are golden, crispy Sicilian rice balls traditionally stuffed, breaded, and fried to perfection. They’re comfort food with soul: creamy risotto on the inside, an irresistible crunch on the outside, made for sharing, celebrating, and savoring.
Our Approach
At Cotto, we take this beloved classic and give it a bold, modern twist. Our Arancini Bar inside the food truck is built around creativity with 5 different flavors as well as rotating specials, hand-made with fresh ingredients, and a playful spirit that turns a timeless street food into something fresh and unforgettable.
The Arancini Club brings that experience home. It’s our subscription-based way to share the Cotto beyond the truck: small-batch, frozen arancini crafted with the same care and flavor-forward approach, ready for your oven whenever the craving hits. Local pickups for now, nationwide soon and designed for people who believe joy should always come in small, crispy spheres.

Subscribing is simple:
Choose your quantity: Arancini comes in packs of 4. Order up to a maximum of 5 each month.
Subscribe: Join the club below to reserve your next batch.
Pick up locally: Grab your arancini during our designated pickup party at the Podski in Bend, OR. Details below. (Nationwide delivery coming soon).
Your subscription automatically holds your spot each cycle—no need to reorder unless you want extras!
